I’m a physician turned burnout coach for high-achieving women who are used to doing it all and are tired of feeling like it’s costing them their energy, presence, and peace.


With a background in family medicine, I spent years witnessing how chronic stress impacts every part of our health - physical, mental/emotional, and social.


And I recognized a gap in the way medicine and society view the experience of women and mothers—one in which chronic stress and overwhelm is often often considered “normal” and dismissed.


I’ve also lived it myself.


Silently struggling and drowning in overwhelm as a high-achieving professional and a mom.


I felt overwhelmed with the guilt of not being as present as I wanted for my kids after struggling for years to have them.


And perhaps thanks to being the Type A eldest daughter, a 1st generation immigrant, and the pressure to live up to the high standards I set for myself - I was also disappointed that my constant juggling, pushing, and performing never felt like enough.


Until my own health and family became the wake-up call that something had to change. 


Now, I help women step out of that same cycle.


My work combines nervous system regulation, practical systems for real life, and deep mindset shifts to help you move from overwhelmed and overstimulated… to grounded, clear, and sustainably productive in both your work and your life.
